PRA started out as a very promising brand to do business with when it launched in the Pune Market.Though not an established brand name with longevity, customers loved the layouts and the price at which PRA was offering the product to them. Also PRA had a unique first mover advantage and scenic/on main locations in Kondhwa Annexe and Wagholi.
However, due to the litigations and land approvals, delays in govt. approvals, and construction timelines, PRA’s image lost its sheen in the last few years. People were disappointed with the Brand and it needed organization restructuring and implement processes and systems to ensure that its Brand did not suffer any further to improve its relationship with its customers and potential customers.
By taking on a strategic analytical approach, we found the ideal positioning that would help PRA standout from the competition and also designed the brand Systems, Identity & Assets that would help succeed in the marketplace
