Kravia's founders came to us when it didn't even have a name, right in the middle of the Covid Pandemic.

The Founders wanted an agency that could translate their Business goals into a vision for a premium Consumer Brand, that could compete effectively against the competition on the shelf and on digital and be a force to reckon with in the long-term.

Our award winning Branding and Digital teams got to work and within a span of a few weeks, the new Brand was born with a name to crave for, an identity & packaging design with such a premium look & feel that it had the first set of customers go wow and a Branded E-commerce website that made it super easy for the business to get customer orders from and manage them.

Starting the Digital journey

The goal for the E-commerce website was simple. Make it look premium with a super easy to use experience for customers & the business management.

By analyzing the competition, we discovered that detailed product information was missing & the entire experience was geared towards retail shelf- first & not Digital first.

To capitalize on this, we tied the shopping experience & Brand messaging to the freshness of the product, its ingredients and its ease-of-use. This coupled with marketing integrations like Whatsapp click to chat & a one-click payment experience enabled Kravia to grow faster.
